Question 1

My dog is stubborn — will it actually work for them?

Accepted Answer

Most dogs are hardwired to prefer moving water, which is why they'll drink from a hose or puddle but walk past a full bowl. The gentle faucet-style flow taps that same instinct, and most owners see their dog drinking more within the first day or two. If yours is the rare exception, your 30-day guarantee has you covered.

Question 2

Isn't it a hassle to keep clean?

Accepted Answer

FounTaiL comes apart in seconds and most owners clean it in about five minutes — it's dishwasher safe, so no tiny brushes or scrubbing. The 304 stainless steel also resists the slimy film plastic fountains tend to build up.

Question 3

How long does the battery last, and where can I put it?

Accepted Answer

Up to 30 days on a single charge, fully wireless — so set it in the kitchen, bedroom, or out on the patio and move it whenever you like.

Question 4

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including a shipment tracking number and a website link to monitor your shipment's real-time status.

Question 5

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

All orders ship within 48 hours of order confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping takes 5–12 working days depending on your location. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Question 7

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We believe in FounTail superiority so we offer you a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your FounTail, return it within 30 days from the date you received it. Easy as that!
